Day 1: MÉXICO - PARÍS

  • Meeting at the scheduled time at Benito Juárez Airport to take the flight to Paris. Overnight onboard.

Day 2: Paris - Istanbul

  • Arrival in Paris. Layover in Paris. We will take the next flight to Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul, reception at the airport by our team, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 3: ISTANBUL

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Departure at the time indicated by your guide to carry out the “Amazing Bosphorus Tour.”. We begin with a visit to the famous Suleiman Mosque. The Suleiman Mosque is a jewel of world architecture. It is one of the largest mosques in Istanbul and also reflects the history of Turkey. Here, art and history come together to create an incredible space. It was built between 1520 and 1566 by order of Suleiman I, better known as Suleiman the Magnificent, one of the richest and most powerful Ottoman sultans in history, who commissioned the renowned architect Mimar Sinan to design it. The mosque impresses visitors with its size, its simplicity, its exceptional Iznik tiles decorating the mihrab, its beautiful stained glass windows that project immense light through its 138 windows, and its imposing columns. It has four minarets, two of them with three balconies and the other two with two.

  • After lunch at a typical restaurant, we will take an amazing private boat tour along the Bosphorus, the strait that physically separates the European and Asian parts of the city, where you can admire beautiful mosques, mansions, famous bridges, palaces, and Ottoman fortresses.

  • We end the day with a visit to the Spice Bazaar, built in 1660 and still a must-visit destination for international cuisine lovers, where you can taste and purchase all kinds of spices and Turkish delights. Return to the hotel for overnight accommodation.

Day 4: ISTANBUL

  • Breakfast. At the time indicated by your guide, we will depart from the hotel to carry out the  el TOUR DE  “JEWELS OF CONSTANTINOPLE IN FULL”.

  • We will spend a full day exploring the historic center of Istanbul, starting with Topkapi Palace, built between 1460 and 1473 by order of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror. It was the residence of 26 different sultans for nearly 400 years. The palace was used as the center of residence and administration of the Ottoman Empire. Today, it is one of the most visited museums in Istanbul,  It is possible to see very special pieces from the Ottoman royal treasury. Afterwards, we will make a stop in front of Hagia Sophia (due to government reasons, the visit will be carried out from the outside), un edificio lleno de historia, construido por el emperador Justiniano, una de las obras maestras del arte bizantino desde el siglo V. Hoy presenta referencias religiosas musulmanas y cristianas, mezcladas después de la conversión de la basílica en una mezquita y finalmente en museo.

  • Later, we will visit the Roman Hippodrome, built in the year 203 by the emperor  Septimius Severus. It was expanded by Constantine the Great when he chose Istanbul as the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire. It is decorated with obelisks, columns, and fountains. Afterwards, we will visit the Blue Mosque – Sultan Ahmed Mosque. (currently under maintenance, only the areas that are permitted will be visited) it has six minarets, which at the time of its construction caused great controversy, since Mecca also had six. However,  to appease the faithful, a seventh minaret was built in Mecca to mark the difference. A beautiful mosque where more than 20,000  blue tiles that adorn it. At the end of the day, we will visit the famous Grand Bazaar, the largest covered bazaar in the world with 4,000 shops, covering 30,700 m². Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 5: Istanbul - Ankara - Cappadocia

  • Breakfast. Hotel check-out. We head towards Ankara, the capital of Turkey. Visit  of the Mausoleum of the founder of the Republic, Mustafa Kemal. The father of the nation, Atatürk, is one of the most important figures in Turkish history; in addition to being a national hero and the first President of Turkey, he was also a true revolutionary who transformed the country into a modern republic, which is why he is still loved and respected by the Turkish people, who continue to faithfully visit his mausoleum every year.

  • On the way, we will pass by Tuz Gölü (Salt Lake), the second largest lake in the country. Arrival in Cappadocia (Turkish: Kapadokya), a historic region in central Anatolia, covering parts of the provinces of Kayseri, Aksaray, Niğde, and Nevşehir. Cappadocia is famous for its unique geological formations. Visit an underground city built by ancient local communities to protect themselves from attacks. Before arriving at the hotel, we will stop at a traditional pottery workshop in the Cappadocia region. Dinner and overnight stay.

    *Optional hot air balloon ride (not included – additional cost). to admire the spectacular landscapes of Cappadocia’s natural formations at sunrise. Cappadocia is one of the three natural places in the world where it is recommended to take a ride in  a hot air balloon.

Day 6: Cappadocia

  • Breakfast. Departure to visit this fantastic region with its spectacular and unique landscape, formed by lava thrown by the Erciyes and Hasan volcanoes three million years ago. Cappadocia is the “land of beautiful horses,” as described by the Persians who arrived in the region in the 7th century BC. Visit to the Göreme Open-Air Museum, where churches and chapels carved into volcanic rock can be found, created by the first Christians who arrived in the region.

  • Later, we will visit the Pasabag and Güvercinlik valleys, which feature a spectacular landscape of fairy chimneys. We will then visit the most popular valley in the region, known as Love Valley. Visit to a workshop of traditional carpets and authentic jewelry. Return to the hotel and accommodation. In the evening, it is recommended to attend the Turkish Night to see the most famous and traditional dances of the country.

    AUTHENTIC TURKISH NIGHT (Optional Tour – Additional cost – 80 USD)

    After dinner, we head to a traditional restaurant, carved into a volcanic rock, to attend the AUTHENTIC TURKISH NIGHT during which we will have the opportunity to see around 10 folk dances from different regions and cities of Turkey.  While we enjoy the evening, we will taste some snacks and enjoy unlimited local drinks (beer, red or white wine, raki – Turkish anise liqueur, vodka, soft drinks, etc.). Return to the hotel and accommodation.

Day 7: Cappadocia - Pamukkale

  • Breakfast. Early departure to Pamukkale, passing through the largest caravanserai in Anatolia, known as Sultanhanı, built by Sultan Kayqubad I (1221–1237) to accelerate and facilitate regional trade. Later, we will pass through the largest city, Konya, the largest city in Anatolia and  the center of the Whirling Dervishes.

  • Upon arrival in the city of Denizli, we will visit Hierapolis and the Cotton Castle, a true natural wonder: a giant cascade of stalactites and natural pools formed over the centuries by the flow of thermal waters rich in calcium salts. After visiting the ancient city of Hierapolis and the Cotton Castle, we will return to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 8: Pamukkale - Ephesus - Kuşadası

  • Breakfast. Departure to Ephesus, the best-preserved Greco-Roman city in Asia Minor from the 1st and 2nd centuries. Walking through the main entrance of the city, the Magnesia Gate, you will be amazed by the incredible views. Marble streets lead to impressive temples, frescoes in the Terrace Houses, fountains, and colonnaded streets. We will visit the 3-story Library of Celsus, the third largest library of the ancient world, the Odeon, the Temple of Hadrian on Curetes Street (the street of the priests), the Fountain of Trajan, as well as the Great Theatre, which could accommodate around 25,000 spectators.

  • We will continue to the House of the Virgin Mary, the supposed final residence of Jesus’ mother, which today, especially for Catholics, is considered a pilgrimage site. We will then proceed to Kusadasi on the Aegean Sea, followed by a visit to a leather workshop. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Kuşadası - Samos - Mykonos

  • Samos is a Greek island. located in the eastern Aegean Sea, opposite the western coast of Turkey. Samos was a particularly rich and powerful city-state in ancient Greece, famous for its high-quality vineyards and for being the birthplace of the famous mathematician Pythagoras, the philosopher Epicurus, and the astronomer Aristarchus.

  • In classical antiquity, the island was a center of Ionian culture and luxury, famous for its Samian wines and its red pottery. (called Samian ware by the Romans).   • The most famous building on the island of Samos was the Ionic temple dedicated to the goddess Hera: the Heraion. The reconstruction of the... Temple of Hera. was commissioned by the tyrant Polycrates in the 6th century BC, the golden age of Samos. From the same historical period dates the nearby Tunnel of Eupalinos. (6th century BC), actually an aqueduct more than one kilometer long that ensured the water supply from the spring located on the Mount Ampelos. (1,140 m). The calculations made by Eupalinos were so precise that, although two teams of workers were digging from opposite sides of the mountain, they met in the middle. with no margin of error..
